Dear Fellow Canaveral Sands Owners,
The Board of Directors worked on behalf of the community to address the rising inflationary increases, along with the uncertain increases related to the insurance policies and keeping reserve funding on track. The monthly fee will increase slightly to $598.00 and a special assessment of $1557.00.
The Monthly fee of $598.00 per unit, per month is due on the first of every month beginning January 01, 2025, and payable to the Canaveral Sands Condominium. You may set up an ACH to pay your monthly fee through your Vantaca Owners Portal. If you have already set up an ACH for your account, you will not have to do anything. The ACH will automatically be changed. You may also choose the option to set up a bill pay through your banking institution. To send your monthly fee, send by mail to the following address:

A special assessment of $1557.00 per unit for the insurance escrow account is payable starting January 1, 2025, and must be paid in full by March 15th, 2025, payable to Canaveral Sands Condominium (in time to cover our insurance payment which is due in March 2025).
