Notice of a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors to Vote on Special Assessment to be levied on owners pursuant to the Settlement Agreement and resolution of the Lawsuit pending in Brevard County Circuit Court styled Fred and Wilma Vialpando v. Las Brisas Condominium Association of Satellite Beach, Inc. et al. 

The Special Board of Directors Meeting on the Special Assessment for the Las Brisas Condominium Association, Inc. will be held at 5:00 pm on December 05, 2024.  The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on the Special Assessment will be conducted in person at 5505 N Atlantic Avenue, Suite 207, Cocoa Beach FL 32931 and via a videoconference meeting room provided by Zoom.  Please see the below instructions and Agenda.
