2025 Budget Notice

Dear Fellow Quail Ridge HOA Owners,
The Quail Ridge HOA Budget Committee and the Board of Directors worked on behalf of the community to address the rising inflationary increases and uncertain increases. This includes increased costs related to insurance coverage and striving to rebuild the reserves.
The monthly fee will increase by 5% for 2024. The new monthly payment is $205.50, due beginning January 1, 2025.
The Monthly fee of $205.50 per home is due on the first of every month.
You may set up an ACH or Auto Pay for your monthly payment to make payments of your monthly fee. There are no added fees for ACH or AutoPay. However, a $2.95 processing fee will be added for one-time payments. If you already have an ACH or Auto Pay set-up, you will not need to do so. Your monthly fee will be adjusted beginning with the January 01, 2025 payment.
You may also choose the option to set up a bill pay through your banking institution.
