A Board of Directors Meeting will be held via ZOOM, or owners may attend in person in the club room, located at 4570 Ocean Beach Blvd, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, on Thursday, March 06, 2025, at 4:00 pm

Parking Restrictions 

Starting January 20, parking on the north end of the parking lot will be restricted. Handicap spots will be the first 2 slots on the left as you enter the property and the remainder of space will be to accommodate the staging of construction equipment prior to commencement of the concrete restoration project.

No vehicles may be parked in the restricted after 8:00 AM on  January 20, 2025.
