Policy and Request for Reservation of the Clubhouse
Use of the Clubhouse is available to residents on a reserved basis for legal social functions only. Reservations can only be made during the calendar year on the website clubhouse reservation form or by dropping off the form at Keys Property Management at 5505 N Atlantic Ave #207 Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.Residents must be present at the function to supervise guest. It is not available for commercial or for profit group meetings. Reservations are to be made through the management company. The Board of Directors may deny any request not deemed appropriate. Clubhouse capacity is 100 people. Any violations to these stipulations will result in loss of privileges to reserve the Clubhouse.
A deposit of $100.00 made payable to Solana Lake shall accompany the request for reservation. The deposit will be refunded if there is no loss or damaged equipment or premises and if the Clubhouse is properly cleaned. It is the responsibility of the Resident making the reservation to ensure that all Solana Lake Rules and Regulations are followed. The deposit will be forfeited if there are any violations of rules that are a security breach, unlawful or present a potential liability. Damage to the premises or any additional cleaning expenses will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation.
All activities in the Clubhouse will terminate at 10: 00 PM.
The Clubhouse will be thoroughly cleaned at the conclusion of the function and trash removed from the Clubhouse. The cleaning is to include the kitchen, all dishes, linens, and emptying the dishwasher. No trash will be left on the premises over night. The management company will inspect the Clubhouse after use and determine that the facility has been properly cleaned and then the deposit will be returned.
No furniture may be removed from the Clubhouse or into the hallways. There may be no decoration hung from the ceiling, windows, or walls that will leave any permanent marks or damage.
All lights and air conditioning must be turned off (or set accordingly) after the social event. If A/C is used all doors are to be kept closed. After the function, all windows and doors must be locked.
Reserving the Clubhouse does not preclude other residents from using the gym or sauna.
Security gates will NOT be held open for any reason other than emergencies. Entry to Solana Lake is the responsibility of the unit owner/host. Total number of occupants guest may not exceed 100 guests.
Resident is responsible to verify guests from off property are met at the front entry box, clicked in with the remote or buzzed in by use of the telephone entry box system by the Resident.
All commercial and for-profit activities that are for the benefit of the Association are to be approved and scheduled through Management Company.
